1. Age of Consent
Sale of goods and access to Holger Hahn is not allowed to persons, who have not reached the age at which one has an adultīs legal rights and obligations, in reference to their place of residence.
2. Realization of the Contract
The order you have filled out and sent to us is a binding sales contract. We are allowed to accept your order within two weeks by sending the goods or receipt to you.
For every deal concerning dispatch and sale of goods (e.g. sale and sending of Cdīs) a contract between the customer and Holger Hahn exists.
3. Prices
Prices are in EURO.
4. Postage
In the case of orders from within Germany you have to pay Euro 2,00 postage each CD.
In the case of orders from outside Germany (Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Switzerland and Spain) we have to charge Euro 5,00 postage each CD.COD (cash on delivery) delivery:
In addition to the postage, a fee of Euro 4,50 will be due in the case of a COD delivery.
5. Wrong Address
If you filled out a wrong address (e.g. street number, name) within your order, we have to claim the expenses (e.g. return dispatch of the goods).
Parents are responsible for orders of their minor children.
6. Terms of Payment
COD: immediately at delivery
Prepayment: as soon as we receive your payment, your order will be immediately dispatched.
Cash discount can not be granted.
7. Payment and Delivery
Prepayment is possible by sending us an international cheque, cash or with a bank transfer and payment is also possible by COD (only in Germany !).
Please mind that a contract between the customer and Holger Hahn also results from a COD delivery.

8. Data Protection
We guarantee that your confidential personal data will not be given to third parties, but be used solely for our own information in order to complete your order, with the exception of requests from government agencies or provable delinquency of customers (e.g. misuse of copyright, slander or defamation).

All goods remain our property until fully paid.
11. Right of Revocation
We guarantee you the right to cancel your contract without explanation within 14 days from the day of placing your order.
The revocation has to be timely and written (e-mail is sufficient).
Prerequisite is naturally that the goods are unopened. Please return the article in the original packing.
The arised expenses have to be paid by the customer.
12. Modifications of the Terms of Business
By using Holger Hahnīs website, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein. Holger Hahn reserves the right, at his discretion, to update or revise these terms.
